Cheese Toast with Vegetable Omelette
Omelette with vegetables; spinach, onion and carrots might compensate much need protein and fibre rather than to have ham and cheese toasts alone.
「チーズトーストと野菜オムレツ」ハムとチーズのホットサンドに人参、玉ねぎ、ほうれん草を入れたオムレツを付けた。簡単で栄養のバランスがとれた組み合わせだと思う。
