Shrimps with Broccoli Mee Pok

Shrimps with Broccoli stir fry with thin egg noodle was a great combination.  The sauce from shrimp was excellent with this type of noodle.  It reminds me of "Lobster Yi mein" in Hong Kong.

「海老ブロッコリー麺薄」私の好きな海老とブロッコリーの炒め物にミーポックを合わせたもの。炒め物のソースを多めにして麺に絡ませた。ミーポックというのは薄い卵麺なのだがこれと海老の広東風のソースがとても良く合い、自分で言うのも何だが絶品だった。
