I needed to cook further for the legs of the other day's steamed chicken. I like the legs to be very tender to the level that the meat comes out from the bones easily. I also cooked boiled water spinach with the vegetable sauce.
「鶏ももと野菜ソース」先日の鶏の蒸し焼きは脚は更に柔らかくなるまで煮込んだ。胸肉は火を入れすぎるとパサパサになるが、腿肉はコトコト煮込んだ方が美味しくなる。一緒に入れていた野菜はクタクタだが、鶏の旨味が染み込んで美味しくトロトロに。茹でた水ほうれん草も一緒に煮立てた。
