Baked pumpkin

I've found that the Japanese pumpkin extremely well breads to eat as itself.  I simply baked in the oven with a small amount of salt and pepper.

「かぼちゃのロースト」かぼちゃをそのままオーブンで焼いたもの。日本のかぼちゃは味が濃いので何もしなくてもとても美味しい。
