Japanese hambagu is one of the most popular dishes for kids. It's good for us especially when I'm out of idea for cooking. The sauce is made with a mix of red wine, powder of fond de veau, Japanese Worcestershire sauce.
「大人のハンバーグ」あまり作らないがハンバーグも時々頂くと美味しい。ソースは赤ワイン、フォンドヴォー、ウスターソース。
