Petit sale is "Salted pork" in French cooking. It usually served with lentil beans. It takes two to three days to make so I usually make it when I have time during the day.
「プティサレ」塩漬けの豚肩肉を2日程、砂糖と塩に漬けて作った塩豚の煮込み。時間がある時に作って作り置きして置くと便利だ。作ったその日はこのように頂いて、多めに作った残りはベーコンのように色んな料理に使う。
