Green onion oil - Szechwan flavor

"Green onion, ginger, garlic, chili, szechwan pepper, salt, sugar"
「ネギ、生姜、ニンニク、生唐辛子、四川山椒、塩、砂糖」

"1/2 peanuts oil, 1/2 olive oil heated"




This type of onion oil goes extremely well with a simply cooked meat dish.  I believe it's the best with steamed chicken breast.

「四川風ねぎ塩ダレ」肉料理に合うねぎダレを作った。今回のタレの美味しさの秘訣は花山椒。オイルは健康のために半分オリーブオイルにしている。
