Iberico pork slices with green onion sauce

This is one of the dishes I made with green onion sauce of the previous post.  Slices of Iberico pork sauteed in a pan without oil.  I could even boil them.  The sauce goes extremely well with it.

「イベリコ豚のねぎソース」豚バラスライスにねぎソースをかけたもの。更にレモンも絞って酸味を足した。悪魔的なソースでどれだけでも肉が食べられる。
