White snapper teriyaki


Teriyaki of fish is usually made with "Buri" in Japan but it can be made with any large fish.  Teriyaki sauce is made with soya sauce, sake and mirin.  It's better to pan fry the fish with flour before putting the sauce.

「スナッパーの照り焼き」白身魚を照り焼きにすることはあまりないような感じがするが、淡白な鯛には合わないことはない。小麦粉を付けてフライパンで焼き、醤油、酒、みりんで照り焼きのタレを回し入れる。
