Brochet de boeuf

I usually marinate beef or lamb in slices of onion and lemon juice for a day before cooking of skewer.  It's difficult to make the lean beef to be tender but the marinade gives nice bbq flavour.

「牛肉の串焼き」牛肉やラム肉を玉ねぎとレモンにマリネをして串焼きにすると、中東料理のシシカバブになる。牛肉はラムに比べて柔らかくなりにくいが、玉ねぎレモンの風味が付いて普通のサイコロステーキとも違って美味しい。グリルパンで焼いたもの。
