Stuffed tofu in dochi sauce


This is another version of tofu with minced pork and I cooked it with douchi sauce this.  I used Douchi sauce from Lee Kum Kee.

「豆腐の詰め物」固豆腐に豚挽肉のタネを詰めて両面を焼き、豆豉ソースで煮含めたもの。豆豉は李錦記のものを使っている。なんとなく麻婆豆腐の変化球という感じの料理。
