Compote aux fraises

I made a light compote of strawberries.  I made it to not to keep long so I didn't put much sugar.  Though I should remove white bubbles on the surface during and after cooking.

「苺のコンポート」少量の砂糖を入れて軽いコンポートを作った。ジャムよりさらっとしている。アクをよく取らなかったので綺麗な仕上がりにならなかったのを反省している。あまり保たないので１０日くらいで使い切った。
