Grilled white snapper

I'm not sure the combination of broccoli with fish is acceptable but why not.  Sometimes you ought to cook with anything you have.

「ホワイトスナッパーのグリル」先週検閲中の料理。オーブン焼きした鯛とブロッコリーの組み合わせが良いとは思えないが、あるもので料理したので仕方ない。鯛は塩を強めに打って焼く前に２０分ほど置いておくととても美味しく焼ける。
