Tartine

Tartine is a French style of an open sandwich.  I thought that this could be a good lunch menu.  It's better to use country bread so that you can place more toppings.

「ターティン」フレンチのオープンサンドの事をターティンと言う。忘れていたが、ランチとしては良いメニューだ。本来はパンはカンパーニュを使うといい。蒸し鶏の残りがあったのでローストパプリカと合わせた。
