An open sandwich is a good bread dish to have at home since you consume less bread. I've realized that you don't need to have the other side of the bread. I assume it's much healthy.
「オープンサンド」薄いトースト以外、お家ランチではサンドイッチの片側のパンは要らないかもしれないと思った。これだと炭水化物を半分に減らす事ができる。
