Carbonara

For the first time, I've had a real "Carbonara" in Italy which made me realized that what I've been making was wrong.  I don't think there is any milk or creme in this sauce but I think that it's made with parmesan cheese with eggs.

「カルボナーラ」イタリアで２度程カルボナーラを食べて、自分が今まで作っていたのはカルボナーラではないと気がついた。本場のカルボナーラにはクリームや牛乳は使われていないと思う。

恐らく、パンチェッタ、パルメザンチーズ、卵のみで意外とさっぱりしていた。ソースは全てパスタに絡まっている状態。日本の卵かけご飯の様な料理だという印象だった。食べたものを再現しただけだが、劇的に向上した。
