Ebi fry

Ebi fry is a fritter of shrimp but I only think to make this dish when you have fresh shrimps because it comes with heads.

「エビフライ」エビフライとは、尾頭付きである事で意味がある料理だと思う。海老の頭と脚の付け根が美味しい。
