Chicken Namban is a fried chicken of Miyazaki which usually serve with egg tartar sauce. I didn't make the sauce this time but I dipped in sweet soya sauce, after deep frying chicken breast.
「チキン南蛮」タルタルソースは作らなかったが、鶏の卵衣の唐揚げを甘酢のタレに浸けたもの。タレは鍋に用意して熱いものに揚げたての唐揚げをいれると衣が水分でべたっとならない。
