Chicken with broccoli


This is the Chinese style of stir fry thinly sliced chicken breast with boiled broccoli.  It's important to make this dish in a wok with the traditional way of the method of Chinese cooking.

「鶏とブロッコリーの中華炒め」簡単な様で若干手間がかかる料理。これは中華鍋で湯返し、油返しが出来ないと上手に出来ない料理。鶏は酒、塩、砂糖、片栗粉に20分程漬けておく。ブロッコリーは湯通し、パプリカと鶏は油通しし最後に鶏の出汁、酒、塩、砂糖、水溶き片栗で炒めてまとめる。
