"Paupiette de veau"

「仔牛のポピエット」

I bought "Gallet de rois" at the boulangerie in the village.  It was surprisingly good.  My mother in law baked it again in the oven before serving and apparently, this is the correct way to serve this dessert.

「ゲストとランチ」村のパン屋さんで「ガレット・デゥ・ロワ」を買ってみたが、とても美味しかった。アーモンドクリームがたっぷり入っていて、然程甘くない。温めて食べるものだそうで、義母が出す前にオーブンで焼いていたので、上のパイがパリッと香ばしく、とてもいい感じだった。
