Shrimp noodle salad

Fresh shrimp in Singapore is absolutely delicious.  I always miss them when I'm away from Singapore.  I tossed with egg over thin Udon noodle then served with salad.

「海老炒め麺」海老はシンガポールの食材でも最高に美味しい物だと思う。常に鮮度の良い生海老が手に入るし安い。今回は炒めて卵を絡ませて、細めの出汁醤油で味付けしたうどんと一緒にサラダ仕立てにした。
