Ozoni soba

I wanted to make Japanese new year dish "Osechi" after my trip to Europe but I didn't have much strength to make it.  I ended up making Osechi like dishes in January.

「お雑煮蕎麦」正月には間に合わなかったものの、お節を作ろうと色々作ってはいたが、結局面倒になって今年は諦めた。お雑煮用に出汁を取っていたが、お餅を買わなかったので蕎麦を入れたりして、変な料理になってしまった。
