Chicken rice


This is one of the dishes I often make in Singapore.  Chicken is usually boiled but I pan-fried this time.  Rice cooked in homemade chicken stock is wonderful.

「チキンライス」シンガポールでよく作る料理。鶏は普通茹でるものだが今回はソテーにした。鶏より鶏の出汁で炊いたご飯が食べたくて作る料理。
