Pork loin with basil sauce

Pork loin is somehow dry meat to cook as this so I prepared oily sauce.  Pork is also great with creamy sauce.  Yet this part of the meat is better to be prepared as a Chinese dish.

「豚ロースのバジルソース」豚ロースの塊をブレゼして薄くスライスしたもの。肉がさっぱりとしているので、この料理にはバジルソース、マスタードソースなどのこってりしたソースが合う。この様な塊肉は本来は中華料理にするのが一番良い。
