La rouille de Seiche

I've visited my friends home and she cooked for us a dish that I didn't know "La rouille de Seiche".  I've found the dish is absolutely delicious.  It's a soft-cooked squid in tomato-based garlic sauce.  She told me this is one for the speciality of Mediterrane dish.  I've realized that there are many delicious home dishes in France.

「ルリー・デゥ・セッシュ」同じ時期に南仏に帰省していたお友達が作ってくれた料理。とても美味しく、更に初めて頂いた料理だったので衝撃的で、感動した。大きなイカを柔らかく煮込んで、トマトやにんにくの入ったルリーというソースで更に煮込んだもの。南仏では割と知られた地中海料理そうだ。

お友達のご家庭の家庭料理がとても新鮮だった。家庭にはそれぞれ好みがあるので、意外に知らない料理が沢山あるのかもしれない。
