Miso Soboro with rice
This is minced pork cooked with vegetables; onion, carrot, Chinese leaf vegetable seasoned with Japanese miso paste.
「野菜味噌そぼろご飯」豚挽肉を玉ねぎ、人参、小松菜、ニンニク、生姜と炒めて味噌、酒、味醂で味付けしたもの。味噌の美味しさが決め手で、私はお気に入りの九州の味噌「鶴味噌」を使っている。麦入の合わせ味噌がほんのり甘めでとても美味しい。
