Singapore vermicelli

This is vermicelli; rice noodle of Hong Kong.  It has the name "Singaporean"  but there is no such dish in Singapore.  Yet this is a very easy and delicious rice noodle dish.

「星洲炒米粉」これは香港式の炒めビーフン。カレー粉を使っている所がシンガポール味という事の様だが、実際にシンガポールに同様の料理はありそうでない。でも簡単で美味しいのでよく作る。ただ、ビーフンがベトナムやタイのものを使うと炒め崩れしやすい。台湾のビーフンを使う方が良い。
