Mee pok in soup

I made a soup noodle with pork belly and leaf vegetable.  I don't know exactly how to say this type of dish but this is one of the typical hawker food in Singapore that I simulated it at home.

「ミーポック」薄い麺の事をミーポックと言うが、これはお湯を切ってトッピングと和え麺にしても良いし、スープ仕立てにしてもいい。スープにすると伸びやすいので、麺にからむ程度にした。スープは鶏出汁をと中華スープを合わせたもの。
