Yellow curry with Japanese pumpkin


I was always making curry with certain local vegetables that is to say to fit the curry sauce but I tried with foreign vegetables this time; broccoli and Japanese pumpkin.

「イエローカレー」これは一般的にじゃがいもをいれるカレーだがブロッコリーと日本の南瓜を入れたらとても美味しかった。南瓜の甘みとコクのあるイエローカレーとココナッツミルクがとても良く合う。
