Hong Kong style clay pot rice



This is rice cooked with minced pork.  It has to have salted duck egg but I didn't have it so I make it with minced Chinese pickles.  I also added boiled vegetables after the riced is cooked.  After the meat and the rice is cooked, it has to rest to seam.  It's good to mix everything in the end with Chinese soya sauce.

「香港式土鍋ご飯」本来は鴨の塩卵を入れて作るものだが、わざわざ買い足さなかったので、普通の卵を使い、ザーサイのみじん切りを加えて塩分を足した。野菜は最後に茹でたものを加えている。少し炊き方が難しいが肉とご飯が一緒になって、簡単で美味しい料理。
