Basil Chicken

 

This is a small whole chicken roasted in the oven and I put basil sauce at the end of cooking.  It's an absolutely delicious and easy way of cooking of chicken.

「バジル・チキン」小さめの鶏をオーブンで焼いて最後の方でニンニク、バジル、塩、オリーブオイルをフードプロセッサーにかけておいたソースを前面にたっぷり塗ったもの。ニンニクが生なのでバジルの色が悪くならない程度に少し焼く。簡単でとても美味しいローストチキンの変化版。
