This is a salmon saute with cream of spinach. Cream of spinach is made with boiled spinach with milk, some cream and chicken stock. I thicken the chicken sauce before adding milk and cream but you can also use cube stock or chicken powder.
「サーモンのクリームほうれん草添え」ほうれん草のクリーム煮を魚のソースにしたもの。茹でたほうれん草を煮詰めた鶏出汁に牛乳とクリームを加えたソース。サーモンには他の魚の出汁は合わないので、鶏の方がよいと思う。濃厚なソースがお好みの場合はクリームを多めに。
