Rump Steak

 

Rump steak is probably my favourite part of beef.  It's tender and lean but it has a good taste of beef.  Some reason I don't really like the "Fillet" part because I feel like it lacks the taste.

「ランプステーキ」近所のスーパーではいつもある訳ではないのであったら嬉しい。ランプは好きな部位だ。ある程度柔らかく、赤身で旨味がある。付け合わせはの人参は薄くスライスするとブロッコリーと一緒に茹でられると思った。
