 I put bechamel sauce between the bread but not on the top of the bread.  It's rare for me to make this because I'm bothered to make the sauce fo the sandwich but it's absolutely delicious.

「クロック・マダム」ベシャメルソースは中にたっぷり入れていて上からかけていないが、卵を乗せたのでマダムと呼ぼう。サンドイッチのためにベシャメルソースを作るのが面倒なのであまり作らないが、やっぱり美味しいなと思う。
