Ramen Salad

 

I boiled "Bo Ramen" and chilled with water.  Bo Ramen is dried thin Ramen which is very quick to boil.  Then seasoned with the sauce that came with and Japanese mayonnaise.

「ラーメンサラダ」棒ラーメンを茹でて冷水でシメ、ラーメンのスープを少量の湯で溶いたものとマヨネーズで味付けした。スパサラのラーメン版。麺が細くてこちらの方が早く出来る。
