Three Colours Soba

 

I made three types of toppings; eggs, cucumber and chicken on the cold soba noodles.  We don't usually eat soba as this but more for the toppings for "Hiyashi Chuka".

「三色蕎麦」冷やし中華風のぶっかけ蕎麦。本当は素麺をするはずだったのだが量が足りなかったので、そばに変更した故。蕎麦だったら、冷やしたぬきやおろし蕎麦が食べたくなってきた。
