I don't like Instant noodles much but since COVID, I'm stoking some at home in case of emergency. "Sapporo Ichiban" is the most popular brand in Japan and miso and salt flavour are among the top-selling.
When it's prepared with ramen toppings, they're quite good. Miso with stir fry vegetables and Salt with scrambled egg.
「即席麺」私はあまり即席麺は好きではないのだが、コロナによって食糧不足になった時期があった事を経て最近は緊急用に買い置きするようになった。サッポロ一番の味噌と塩は日本で売れてる袋麺の１、２位だがたまに食べるならやっぱりこれかな、と思う。味噌は野菜炒め、塩はとき卵と焼豚が合う。
