Tart aux Peches

The season of peaches and nectarines are coming to end.  This tart is made with white nectarine.  I actually love yellow peaches and nectarines but only white ones are available in recent years in Singapore..

「ピーチのタルト」桃の季節の終わりに作ったホワイトネクタリンのタルト。私は本当は黄桃が好きなのだが、最近桃もネクタリンも白しか売られなくなった。一般的には白の方が甘いので好まれるのかもしれないが、今年黄色を全く見なかったので残念。
