I think that Japanese pumpkin is the best when it's made soup with it. It doesn't take much time but it makes rich and creamy soup with only using milk.
「カボチャのスープ」日本のカボチャはスープにするのが一番美味しいと思う。牛乳で煮て少しチキンパウダーと塩で味付けした簡易的なスープ。カボチャは味噌汁の具にするのも好き。
