Asian style shrimp salad

This is a Thai influenced shrimp salad with boiled shrimps with tomatoes and cucumber.  I only used white pepper with coriander seeds for the Thai spice but it would make better with fish sauce.

「タイ風海老のサラダ」簡易的に作ったタイ風サラダ。さっと茹でた海老とトマトやきゅうりの野菜をコリアンダーと胡椒のソースで和えたもの。その他は酢、砂糖、薄口醤油。私はナンプラーがダメなので薄口醤油にしているが、本来はナンプラーがいい。
