I don't particularly like the taste of already made mayonnaise sauce but it tastes well when it's used in a small amount. I usually mix it with rice vinegar, salt and sugar to enhance its taste. Vinegar marinated calamari of the other day became another great dish with the mayonnaise sauce.
「イカのマヨネーズ和え」先日のマリネは茹でたインゲンやトマトなどと一緒にマヨネーズ和えにしてみた。これが少量のマヨネーズでとても美味しく出来た。私はあまり既成のマヨネーズの味が好きではないので、少量にしてオリーブオイル、砂糖、お酢などで調節している。
