The Chinese style of pork balls is made with minced pork, garlic, ginger, onions, spring onion, egg, potato starch. I deep fried them in peanuts oil and arranged them in pot cooked white rice. It's good to serve drizzle of dark soya sauce.
「中華団子ご飯」中華団子は豚ミンチ、生姜、ニンニク、小葱、卵、片栗粉で作り、油で揚げたもの。豚はあまり脂の無いものがいい。鍋に炊いたタイ米に野菜と一緒に乗せた。甘い醤油をかけて鍋肌にジャッと焦げると香りが出て美味しい。
