Clay pot cooked vermicelli
I love green bean vermicelli because of its' texture. It's cook with a thick stock of chicken or pork.
「春雨の鍋焼き」春雨は良い出汁(鶏や豚)のスープをたっぷり吸わせるととても美味しい。これは豚ベースの中華だしに椎茸、豚バラなどを入れて煮立てたもの。中華醤油を使っているので色が濃いがとてもこくがあって美味しい。
