Mee pok with pork stir fry
This is a combination of noodle with stir fry but not exactly a fried noodle because I cooked the noodle and the stir fry separately. The reason I didn't fry the mee pok noodle with pork and vegetable together is that this type of noodle is very thin and it's very easy to stick to the bottom of the pan if I don't use plenty of oil.
I think that this way of cooking reduces the amount of oil I use. I seasoned the noodle with soya sauce before putting on the plate.
「ミーポックと豚と野菜の炒め物」厳密に言うと焼きそばではなく、麺に豚と野菜の細切りを青椒肉絲の様に炒めてのせたもの。なぜ麺も含めて焼きそばにしなかったと言うと、ミーポックは麺がとても細く、鍋底にくっつきやすいから。
焼きそばは往々にして油っぽくなる。それは麺がくっつかない様にする為だが、作る際も麺と具を均一に炒めながら混ぜるのが難しい。麺と具を別にすると楽であるし、油っぽくならないのでオススメ。
