Malay chicken curry

Curry is the base of Malay cooking and there are many types of curry paste sold in supermarkets in Singapore and I probably tried many of them.  Within, the paste I used it not too spicy and it's super easy to make the curry.

「マレーチキンカレー」マレー料理（マレーシア圏の料理）と言うのはこの地域以外ではあまり知られていないと思うが、基本的にほぼ全てカレー。それはインドのカレーやタイカレーとは違うもので、発酵した海老のペーストが元になっている独特なもの。

ご覧の通り、シンガポールのスーパーにはマレー料理のペーストがたくさん売っている。これは、ほぼ材料とココナッツミルクを入れて煮込めば完成するとても便利なペースト。冷蔵品なのでフレッシュでとても美味しいのだ。
