Gas grilled beef

I've found a good quality of beef looked very tender so I tried to lightly grill directly on the gas.  This is not a good way of cooking if the meat is thick or anything that takes time to cook but it's ok for slices of beef.  It tastes like a real BBQ beef.

「網焼き肉」いい感じに脂があって柔らかそうな肉があったので、ガスで網焼きにしてみた。すごく簡単に炭火焼風の焼肉ができた。焦げやすいのであまりおすすめな料理法ではないが、牛肉は美味しくなる。
