Niku dofu is a dish made with slices of beef with Tofu cooked in Japanese stock with soya sauce. I love this dish and often make it in a hot pot. It's a simple dish but you need to use Japanese ingredients.
「肉どうふ」シンプルで美味しいので一人用によく作る。牛肉と豆腐を出汁、酒、醤油、砂糖でさっと煮立てたもの。残っていた葉物も入れて野菜をプラスした。
