Russian pickles
This is a Russian style of cucumber pickles. It starts to tastes good after 5 days and it's better not to keep them too long.
「ロシアのピクルス」ほぼ塩水に漬けるロシアの漬物。5日目くらいから美味しくなり、あまり古くならないうちに食べ切る。瓶詰のピクルスは色々作りたいが、冷蔵庫がいっぱいになってしまうのが考えもの。
