Cougettes dengaku

Dengaku is a vegetable or tofu grill with miso paste.  I love this old style of Japanese cooking method but I also added some cheese on the top for more.  Miso and cheese is not a bad combination.

「コジェットの田楽」味噌とチーズで田楽風のオーブングリルをしてみた。今回はメインの料理ではないのでコジェットだけて作ったが、本格的な日本の田楽も食べたくなった。次回は豆腐やこんにゃくで作ってみようと思う。
