Spinach risotto


I rarely make Risotto because it takes time and you need to eat it immediately.  Yet when it's cooked well, it's very delicious.  I added boiled spinach at the end of cooking.

「ほうれん草のリゾット」リゾットは作り置きが出来ないのであまり作らない料理。だが、上手に出来た時はとても美味しくて止まらない。今回は最後に茹でたほうれん草を混ぜ込んだ。
